920: Offseason Chop Session - PGA Tour Eligibility Changes, Neil visits TPI, and a Gary Player Surprise

With no PGA Tour event this week we've got a bit of a topical grab bag on this weekend's recap pod. We start with a look at the proposed changes to the PGA Tour qualification system or, as TC has named it, the Mule Replacement Program.
