Welcome to 2025. Happy New Year. How were the holidays for you? Easy? Challenging? A little bit of both? Yeah. That's kind of how it was for me too. So here we are. New year. We just had a new moon. Setting those intentions. So important to also recognize The year you had, what you want to bring forward, and what you want to leave behind.
So as we open up to this new year, we recognize the season of winter where I am, Winter always brings us deep into our soul. Time to do that work with our deep lessons. It's all the many experiences and lifetimes that we've traveled and lived and learned.
It also brings us into our family, our ancestral energies. What can we learn? What do we honor? And what do we then step up in our own life to shift, to change, to empower our paths? That's the energy we're working in right now. And maybe you feel a little lost in this. Maybe last year wasn't such a great year, or maybe you just want to make it better.
Having a spiritual practice can help you with all of this. Having a spiritual practice can help you slow down, focus your mind, and open up to those deeper parts of you.
