Before Spider-Man, X-Men, or the Incredible Hulk were ever imagined, the Marvel Universe we know today began with Stan Lee and Jack Kirby's first issue of The Fantastic Four, a superhero team made up of the elastic Mister Fantastic, The Invisible Woman, The Human Torch, and The Thing. Marvel's First Family were a new type of superhero that had personal problems as well as super-villains to fight.
