In this course, Dr. Ronald Nash covers the history of philosophical thinking from the Ancient Greek philosophers, to Augustine, Immanuel Kant, and present day philosophers. Dr. Nash does this by focusing on three major categories in their philosophical thinking: Metaphysics (the study of reality), Epistemology (the study of knowledge), and Ethics (the study of morality). By examining these three arenas the student is prompted to critically analyze the philosophers' thought and analyze it in the light of scripture.
