Every star that dies gives birth to new ones. Our minds like order, so we fear chaos, but chaos is how new things begin. To “create” means to grow something; to “destroy” means to take it apart so it can change form. Ancient cultures knew thisShiva in India and the yin-yang in China both show that destruction is sacred. When you let go of what’s ending, you make space for what’s being born. Every ending is a new beginning.
