Lisa helps scale a thriving business while keeping the team culture rooted in:

…which, as it turns out, works for both people and dogs.
By night, she overthinks everything, writes about leadership, resilience, and the absurdity of life on her Substack and LinkedIn.
She occasionally wonders how she ended up married to the same man twice.
Lisa has spent years studying human behavior, whether it’s through marketing, improv, parenting a neurospicy family or co-founding a corporate wellness company before wellness was trendy.
Lisa firmly believes:
clarity = kindness,
humor is a survival tool, and
if you’re going to bomb at something, at least get a good story out of it.
She lives in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, with her blended family, two dogs, two cats, and a lingering suspicion that life is just one long improv game where no one handed her the script.
