Dexter is fairly new to the Hyrox scene yet has already being making waves after placing third in Brisbane and second in Perth in the Men's Pro races. He has sen massive improvements in his Hyrox times since dialling into his threshold running. We loved sitting down with Dexter to hear about his hybrid and fitness journey - Dex is definitely one to watch!
