Lama HolgerYeshe was born in Germany and began practicing meditation in 1999. Since that time, he has studied and practiced in both the Theravadan and Tibetan Buddhist lineages. In 2005, he met Mingyur Rinpoche, and in 2010 he ordained as a Buddhist monk under Rinpoche’s tutelage.

HolgerYeshe has a particular interest in making meditation accessible and in the intersection between the meditative tradition and Western modes of inquiry.
