This week is Sleep Awareness Week, so I wanted to bring you a meditation that you can use to help ease yourself into a really deep and restful night's sleep. You can also use this meditation anytime that you just want to take a little bit of time out when you're feeling overwhelmed or anxious, and you just want a little bit of space to go into deep rest and relaxation.❤️
