Education is Not Wisdom:

Get wisdom at any cost. Wisdom (which is not the same as education) will protect you and help make your world a better place. To get more wisdom, question everything. Let your kids question you so that they gain wisdom as well. Raise your kids to be adults and provide value. If you want more value (like money) in your life, provide more value to more people. Many lessons have not changed from Proverbs to today and are still just as useful as they were back then. 

Additionally, consider the real effects of many laws and of welfare. What does that train people to do? If you are incentivized to not provide value, would you still do it? How many people would not?
