Our standard American diet is making us fat, sick, and starving for real satisfying nutrition. We don't find that real nourishing and satisfying food in Snack Wells, Lean Cuisines, or even protein bars. We are missing the mark if we are trying to get healthy and lose fat with processed food-like substances. Today's lesson reminds us that nature's way of eating is also nature's way of preventing obesity.
