The highs the lows, what I've learned so far on my journey, who we are and why we are here. I want to cover all things from spirituality to practical steps to regulate your emotions.
I am 21 years old and a senior at The College of Holy Cross studying psychology. I want to pursue a career in psychology and thought what better way to start than by sharing vulnerably my experiences with mental health.
