I am Laurie Sullivan, and I am a coach for women and men of all ages abused by the church.
This abuse could be sexual, emotional, social, spiritual, or physical; you were hurt by the place that should have been safe. You were hurt by the person who should have been protecting you and leading you in faith to a strong and solid relationship with God.
In this podcast, I will coach you to
• Use writing to not only process your abuse but bring healing to your mind
• Use the true north nature of the Bible to train your mind to focus on truth rather than the noise
• Use music via both the lyrics and the melodies to promote healing
