Essential oils are more than just a nice fragrance. They can be a tool for enhancing well-being.

These powerful plant extracts are known for reducing stress and inflammation and improving sleep.

What was the most interesting thing I learned researching this article?

That essential oils need to be diluted in a carrier oil like coconut or jojoba oil - not used directly on the skin! In this form they are too strong and can cause skin irritation.
