This week Artsy and I cover the 2020 movie Violet Evergarden: The Movie and man did it hit hard even on the rewatch. We both remembered it was emotional, but we didn't remember just how impactful the emotional scenes were. This movie is a beautiful wrap up to the series and special, it sows the growth of Violet in a very real and raw way, it has different individuals reconcile, and unfortunately shows some experiencing loss. Needless to say, we absolutely loved this movie and series, listen in to why exactly this is one of our all time favorite movies!
