Hot Frosty seems to be a genius, but also a neanderthal since he can’t seem to put on pants, yet understands complex plumbing issues. Thankfully, Craig Robinson and Joe Lo Truglio are cast as the bumbling sheriff’s department and provide at least a small respite from the awfulness that is Hot Frosty.
