Today, we’re continuing our Summer of Psalms series with Psalm 103. This psalm is all about mercy and compassion, and it’s a beautiful reminder of God’s loving kindness.
As we read through this psalm, it’s a powerful reminder to remember God’s mercy and faithfulness, and to give Him praise. It’s easy to get caught up in the worries of life, but pausing to remember and praise God for His goodness can transform our perspective!
Sometimes, we can struggle with pausing to remember God’s faithfulness. We are such a forgetful people, and it’s amazing how recalling God’s goodness can fill us with such joy and gratitude and yet at times it can feel almost impossible. But remembering and thinking on His mercies and kindness is one of the main ways He anchors us in truth, even when life feels out of control!! We invite you to take a moment to pause this week and to think on and mediate on the goodness and faithfulness of God in your own life!
