Now onto today’s episode:
Today’s intention is: I am stepping back into alignment.
Life is full of ebb and flow and on the calendar we have 4 seasons… sometimes we are in flow with those seasons or sometimes we have seasons of our own. To be in alignment, there will be times that we are out of alignment. The ying and the yang. During these times, it is important to never feel like a failure and let go of the mind set ohh here we go I have to start all over again.. You’re not starting from scratch.. You have so many successes behind you. As we grow and continue to work on ourselves we will come to realize that the seasons of falling out of alignment will become shorter and that they are needed for us to become clearer.
If you feel a little off track, use this time to get clear on what you want and step back into alignment.
If you are too heavily focused on what you don’t want, that is what you will receive… the universe, divine spirit and or god is always listening, so it’s important to get clear on what we do want versus focusing on what we don’t. Don’t worry though the don’ts will help us get clear I want we really want
Grab your journal…
On one side of the page write what I don’t want then across from it wrote what I want instead
Write down all the things you do not want, and then across from it write what you want instead. Get super clean on those wants. We are manifesting a new beginning, the next steps and a life that feels balanced and in alignment.
Give yourself some time here and get it all out on paper…
Then take a moment…
Be the person. Step in.
What is living the dream like starting right now? Stepping into the side of the page of all that you want, how do you start today?
Your dream.. Your dream life, your dream health routines, your dream wealth manifesting, dream up your goddess self and step in.
Act as if starting now.

I have 2 very important pieces that will help you..
Getting enough sleep at night. Women need more sleep than men to allow our hormones do to what they need to do while we’re sleeping. So ladies make sure you are getting enough sleep.
Your morning routine… make it a mindful one.. Drink water, give yourself time to sit, journal and meditate each day. You can allow yourself the 10 mins. You deserve it, and the new best version of you, requires it.
