Ayça Özkan is a proud member of the improv group SCOOP, which hosts improv & jam sessions in Stockholm. A service designer by day and passionate improviser by night, Ayça has been part of the improv scene since 2017. Her curiosity for stand-up comedy and musical improv hints at exciting new directions in her journey through Stockholm's diverse comedy landscape.
Me and Ayça talks about the audience, if improv is cool or dorky and how improv affects everyday life. We talk about competition, set and setting and a shared creation. We're also talking about the olympics, Dunning–Kruger-effect and that the audience can't be the funniest one.
