This week we are Untangling a REALLY important topic HORMONES & ADHD!!! 

A sentence I’m sick of hearing is, ‘You can’t blame everything on your hormones.’ The more I learn from experts like Dr Kampers, Professor James Brown, Nikola Sykes, and today’s incredible guest, Adele Wimsett, the more I realise hormones are responsible for EVERYTHING. If you have ADHD, they can exacerbate symptoms to the point of complete and utter despair. 

We are joined by the amazing and hugely passionate Adele Wimsett, a women's health practitioner specialising in hormones. Through her business, Harmonise You, Adele empowers people to balance their hormones through education, clinics, and one-to-one sessions.

As a late-diagnosed ADHDer, Adele has a particular passion for supporting others with ADHD. She founded ADHDivers, a clinic designed specifically for women with ADHD, helping them understand how their hormones impact their traits.

We will uncover the truth behind the connection between hormones and ADHD.
