There are numerous methods that go into trauma healing. Everything that ranges from traditional, cognitive, behavioral therapy, EMDR, ketamine, treatments, yoga, therapy, and other physical forms of exercise based therapy and so much more. In today’s episode we’re going to focus on TRE and trauma informed yoga.

Featured Guest: Caroline Pegram, LCSW

Caroline is a white, able-bodied, neurodiverse, queer person living with complex trauma who uses collective and internal liberation approaches to find healing. She has learned from intersectional feminists, abolitionist activists, and queer theorists and embraces the perspectives offered by these mentors.
