In tonight's Sleep Hypnosis with Jessica, we're going to be focussing on calming a chattering mind. The conscious mind chatters. That’s just what it does. Like the heart pumps, the mind thinks. But sometimes we get hypnotized by our own mental chatter- we get annoyed by it, and made anxious by it, if we don’t know how to harness our thoughts and use them positively.  So tonight, let's go beneath the noise, into a calm, quiet layer, where rest comes more easily.
