Zach Friedley was born with just one leg. From finding running through a meditative and therapeutic journey, to committing his life to making trail running more accessible to other adaptive athletes, Zach doesn’t say no to what others might deem impossible. We chat about developing prosthetics robust enough to carry Zach through the most rugged mountain races in the world, working with races and brands to make trail, racing more accessible and why it’s so important to put the spotlight on adaptive athletes. This guy is an inspiration. Tune in to this episode to hear how trail running saved Zach.
