In this episode, a UPS MD-11 (Flight 753) is going from Dallas to Rockford when pilots declare an emergency.

They are experiencing unreliable airspeed and navigation issues with the aircraft.

The crew suspects the plane has been struck by lightning which is leading to these numerous problems.
