Kirsty talks to me about how she made small changes to her daily lifestyle that have helped her achieve over 70lbs in weight loss since her journey began. It’s a great reminder that you don’t have to change everything at once, and how that can even prevent you from long term success. Instead, find manageable targets, break down the bigger goal into smaller objectives and take one step at a time.
