Today's guest is the amazing Sanne Fouquet

She is the founder of Melon, a micro-learning platform for Gen Z. Before starting Melon she worked as a Data Scientist and Product Manager at the American software company Palantir in London, and at the trading floor on the investment banks Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. She holds a Master Degree in Machine Learning from UCL and in Applied Mathematics from KTH, but is spending most of her time these days micro-learning and upskilling in UX design, product and all things community building.

In this episode we talk about the importance of community building to get closer to your customers and how you build it on platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Discord. We discuss generation Gen Z and the way they share their life on social media and the longing for being authentic. We also discuss how it is to raise VC capital as a solo founder and the hoopes that you have to jump through.

Hope you enjoy the episode and if it speaks to you it would mean a lot to me if you would follow the show, give it a nice review and share it with your friends.

See you next week and until then hustle smarter, not harder! ⚡️

xoxo Ivana
