Tensions flare between he and Stephen as we find out that Stephen originally interviewed for Eric's position. Throughout the day, Eric continues to change LVP's plans for the guests. When confronted by Lisa, he apologizes then talks to himself... And not like just a quick chat with himself... Like he fully talks to himself. Eric continues to go off the rails as the episode continues and you can tell he's starting to unravel. As we watch Harlan and her beautiful celebration with her friends regarding her facial regenderization surgery, we see Eric start to get more erratic as he starts drinking straight from the bottle. Meanwhile, Andre seems to be the most eligible bachelor as both Gabriella and Grace are developing feelings for him. All that and more!
