Welcome to Waking up in Wonderland, I am your host Aiyana Grace. I am a Medicine Woman, Sound Alchemist and Cosmic Guide. Back in 2020 I had my most poignant spiritual awakening yet which threw me headfirst into the Rabbit Hole and just like Alice I found myself navigating through many lessons but also so blessings and have been guided by some incredible souls along the way. Awakening is being aware of something new. It’s that catalyst moment where we feel this strong pull from our identities, just like the story of Alice in Wonderland which is based on the themes of growing up, identity and curiosity.
