We tallk about things to avoid, things to include, and how nature is the absolute best mitochondrial support imaginable, supporting the body as a WHOLE.
We also talk in brief about the water not only that we drink , but the structured water within out bodies. I go into way more depth and detail on this episode here.
We also talk about the importance of eating foods that our mitochondria recognizes (local and seasonal foods), as well as ways to work in infrared, light, sun, and groudning as ways to increase the energy in our body while supporting the mitochondria.
