In my kitchen this week, I am joined by the gorgeous Bonnie — known on Instagram as @eatswithbonnie — to chat all about her journey of nourishing her body from within, and how that led to healing her hormonal acne.

Bonnie opens up about her personal story, from struggling with her skin to discovering the power of food as medicine. We talk about what it really means to nourish yourself beyond just the plate, and how true healing comes from a balance of both eating for health but also eating for happiness. Life is too short to not enjoy the food that you eat but you also cannot underestimate the power of food as medicine.

Bonnie’s philosophy is all about nourish and balance — not one or the other — and how embracing both has helped her feel like the happiest and healthiest version of herself.
