Michelle is a Registered Dietitian with her Master's in Health Psychology. She is the owner/founder of Yates Nutrition with a mission to both treat and prevent eating disorders for women all over the world. Michelle ultimately leads women away from habits and behaviors which can be destructive, discouraging, and disordered and leads them to a healthy relationship with food, fitness, and their bodies. Michelle hosts Nourished & Free: The Podcast and lives in the Midwest with her husband, 2 kids, and cat.
