It IS possible to train for (and complete) a 100 mile race, even if you have an incredibly busy schedule in your life.

And our guest today, Eric Socia, proves that is possible, as he recently completed the Run Rabbit Run 100 miler as his first 100, even while balancing a full-time job, raising kids, and being an amazing husband.

In this episode, Eric shares how he was able to balance all of the priorities in his life while also making time to train, how he was able to pivot his schedule when needed (without losing fitness), and how he executed his first 100 mile race to get the finish.

Huge thank you to Eric for coming on the show!
