When it comes to training for a 100 miler, it pays to be consistent and to follow principles that will help you to train in the best way.
And when it comes to someone who has done that well, Erika Auckerman comes to mind.
Erika is a mother of two young children and wife who set out to complete her first 100 mile race: The Rim to River 100M.
And even though it was a big goal, she trained for it well, never missed a workout, and improved on many areas that allowed her to have an amazing race out there.
In this episode, Erika shares her biggest keys to success in her 100 mile training, how she was able to stay so consistent, and how she was able to run a race she was super proud of.
Huge thank you to Erika for coming on the show!
