After some pressure from participants on our Carnivore Challenge I have decided to share my carnivore story. Including how I discovered carnivore, the benefits I experienced, how I met Dr. Chaffee and how I started How To Carnivore and the Carnivore Challenge.
This video was created for those on the Carnivore Challenge but I thought others might benefit from it too. At the very least, it might inspire you to share your carnivore story! Hope you get something out of it.
