And yet there are other times when you feel so unmotivated like your mojo is well and truly on holiday, and you procrastinate for weeks.

Today we're diving into motivation, what it really is, and how to get more of it. I share the two questions I ask myself every time I set a goal, whether that's a weekly goal, a daily action I keep avoiding, or a big dream I'm working towards.
