Are there really any short-cuts to increased self-confidence?
This is the question that I tackle with Enrique Acosta Gonzalez on the next episode of The Indispensable Conversation.
If you don’t already know Enrique, he is a decorated military veteran, management consultant and business author.
More interestingly, though, Enrique says that the reason he is a leadership, management, and career developer is that he knows what it feels like not having a good leader early in his career. He recalls being surrounded by leaders in the wrong positions and people in positions of authority that had no business being there.
