In this episode, I coached Elena in navigating a traumatic event she experienced as a child that disconnected her from her body and her emotions for many years. These repressed emotions resurfaced after she became a mother and life invited her to finally give a voice to her inner child to free herself from the pain of her childhood experiences. Together, we explored the journey of reconnection with our emotional nature and the reclamation of our voice.
