ok everyone, I have been waiting a long time to have a guest of this quality and ability to explain ADHD as well as anyone can!

(https://www.tamararosier.com/) Tamara Rosier, PhD, is founder of the ADHD Center of West Michigan, where she and her staff work with individuals with ADHD (and their families) to learn strategies and develop new skills to live effectively with ADHD.  She has written a book "Your Brain's Not Broken"

In this episode on ADHD we discuss how emotion plays into ADHD and believe me, does it ever!  Emotional regulation issues play a huge part when it comes to ADHD, how we as adults function and all the issues it creates for us.

From personal experience I can tell that I understand my ADHD way more now today after this interview with Tamara than I did before!!   I am sure that you also will understand your own ADHD after listening to this episode.
