Embodiment means consciously including and feeling the alive sensations of the inner body while your attention is fully present in the moment. This practice is incredibly important because it allows consciousness to infiltrate through into the realm of form and this is a key component for healing and transformation.

Right now check to see how embodied you are:

Are you consciously feeling the body move as it breathes? Are you consciously aware of the feeling of your clothes touching your skin? Are you aware of the sensation of your feet touching the floor? Can you feel inner aliveness throughout the body?

Like with everything, the more that you practice embodiment, the easier it gets. You may notice that your mind tries to distract you from feeling sensations, especially if they are uncomfortable, but don't give interest in thoughts. Stay present and feel the sensations with gentle curiosity.
