On today’s episode, Alexandra speaks with artist, writer, coach, and facilitator Ayesha Ophelia!

Ayesha Ophelia has built her purpose and life around her patchwork creativity and deep passion for people, plants, and potential. She is amongst other things a facilitator, coach, creator, curry lover, spiritual provocateur, and complicated woman. She is also the creator of The Girlfriend Manifesto, Society of Wild Hearts, and has plans to create a documentary based on love and synchronicity.

In this episode, you’ll hear:

  • Ideas on engaging with labels and archetypes in relation to the work you do in the world, or the projects you put out there, and ideas on how to be comfortable with being complex.
  • Ayesha’s evolution in her own work from working on The Girlfriend Manifesto to representing her work using her name, Ayesha Ophelia, and how that shifted the energy behind her work.
  • The power and vulnerability of slowing down, noticing, and holding moments of simply existing.
  • Ideas on being a ‘complicated woman’ or being, and how to hold it all and allow yourself to have phases where you’re focusing on one aspect more than others, and move through the different phases as it feels aligned.
  • And more!
