Growing up, I didn’t have a lot of *real* female friendships. For me, women were nice to have around but at a safe distance because I was raised to believe there could only be one alpha female and it damn sure was going to be me.

And then I moved to Austin and found myself thrown into more feminine energy, female friendships and sisterhood circles than ever before.

It has been beautiful, overwhelming, powerful and expansive on so many levels and I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to open myself to a side of life that I always pushed away from.

In this very special episode, I brought together 3 of my favorite girlfriends in Austin to talk about all things embodied femininity, true sisterhood, sex, building deep friendships and owning our power as women - both individually and collectively.

We talk about the real, the raw and the necessary.

Huge shout out to my incredible guests - Process and Mindset Architect Ellen B. Tsai, former pro volleyball player Becky Perry and Pleasure Coach Lauren Schaeffer for sharing their hearts (and their sass) with me and this community.

In this episode we chat about…

✨ How we can connect more deeply with other women

✨ Being in integrity with your womanhood

✨ Taking personal responsibility for your pleasure

✨ How you can support the women in your life more fully

✨ How we move from competing to celebrating each other

✨ How female friendships can amplify your feminine power

This episode is heartfelt, funny and a must-listen so get your headphones in, go on a walk and enjoy the beautiful sisterhood that unfolds.
