On this episode of The James Bond A-Z Podcast hosts Tom Butler, Brendan Duffy, and Tom Wheatley are joined by filmmaker and author John Cork to talk about his work within the world of the 007 films.

John is the co-author of the James Bond Encyclopedia with Collin Stutz, James Bond: The Legacy with Bruce Scivally, and Bond Girls Are Forever with Maryam d'Abo. Also with Bruce Scivally he has written, produced, and directed more than 30 documentaries for the DVD and Blu-ray releases.

John is also a member of The Ian Fleming Foundation, a group dedicated to the study of Ian Fleming and his works.

On this episode John talks about his entry into the world of James Bond through the movies. He discusses being hired to write a treatment for Bond 17, and contributing to the character bible 'James Bond in the 1990s'.

He reveals how he got involved with the DVD extras of the James Bond films, what it was like working with the key creatives at Eon, his hopes for the future of the films, and much, much more.

We'd like to thank John for his time and support, and we hope you enjoy the episode as much as we enjoyed recording it.
