“The first advice I have for young people is that they should go out of their comfort zone”

I had an amazing conversation with Sofia Skevofylaka about how more young people should bet on themselves, go out of their comfort zone and taste what life has to bring. Sofia is an exceptionally warm, and brilliant young leader that has achieved incredible results for her young age.

In addition to three degrees, one at the prestigious Imperial College Business School, Sofia has been responsible for managing up to 17,000 people and €242M during her student years. She is now the Head of Commercial Operations for Hatzi Filax - a global leadership consultancy that focuses on business training, HR Consulting and Customer Experience - where she is responsible for Willo, a digital recruitment platform.

If you want to be inspired by a young ambitious woman, this episode is for you!

In this episode, you will learn:

Why going out of the comfort zone has been Sofias biggest catalyst for growth
