Nowadays, many more people are aware of limiting beliefs as an obstacle to create the life they want. Once you’ve realized that unconscious beliefs are what is causing many of the emotions, thoughts and patterns you want to change, you probably get in a hurry to try and change them. The problem is that you often don’t go deep enough and are trying to change one limiting belief without knowing HOW it was put into place, WHAT components it consists of and WHY it’s there. And most importantly, you are probably missing to address the emotion it was put into place with.
