In this episode we talk about Monica thru hiking the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT), which is a 2,653 mile long trail closely aligned with the highest portion of the Cascade and Sierra Nevada mountain ranges. 

The PCT passes through 25 national forests and 7 national parks that takes most people 5 months to hike, and requires many food and water drops along the way.

We discuss the mental elasticity which is developed through difficult situations, ways of dealing with anxiety and failure well, focusing on gratitude, and the magic of minimalism on the trail and in life.
