StrongFit leader and coach, Richard Aceves. Richard shares about the process of coaching the whole human and not specifically looking at athletic performance. Shifting his mindset from athlete to coach has been an insightful process and one of the keys to this for Richard was learning "how to learn" and not focusing on memorizing information.
