Welcome to the third episode of the Blue Mind podcast by Hæckels.
The focus this time is music - ambient, field recordings, generative production and ASMR, with so much more in between...
Guests this episode include sound artist and producer Joseph Kamaru aka KMRU (Nairobi / Berlin) who joined me to detail his experiences making music in Africa, field recording, his grandfather's incredible music and his own music making process; music maker and ASMR-tist Justin Robinson (Monteray, US) discussing his route into ambient and generative music, ASMR and incoporating it into music, and his own methods and processes; and Lottie from Hæckels House here in Margate with a unique meditation for this episode.
Blue Mind is an audio bubble providing an escape from the outside world. It’s a meditative project which will provide room for thought, calm, inspiration and information in the space of around an hour or so. There are guests, environment recordings, sound design elements and original music scoring, along with narration and guidance throughout, which concludes with a unique meditation.
We truly hope you find your comfortable place in the podcast and enjoy the experience!
Please follow the guests this week too as their work is outstanding, and genuinely inspiring.
