Social media has become a great tool for many of us to connect with people, to learn about others, and to share our thoughts and feelings while showcasing our unique personality. Social media has also been utilized to present beliefs and views as well as Biblical teachings and extrabiblical teachings with regards to Christianity, and some of these are helpful while others only bring further confusion and bondage. Likes and hearts are attainable at the click of a button. We can spot a post discussing a hot topic and quickly like or share that post without a second thought to the content. Do you ever find yourself pondering over particular posts and trying to decipher if a teaching being presented is rooted in the truth according to the Word of God?

Today we will be looking at a recent social media post shared with me by a friend who is coming out of a particular movement. We will do some gross dissection of this post in order to see if it is Biblical. I want to help others in taking some time to see if what is being said even by those who esteem themselves to be apostles and prophets is indeed doctrinally sound. This will require being a good Berean. Join me today as we discuss the topic of self deliverance in this social media post.
