Before digital photography existed, we film photographers shot SOOC (straight out of camera). We had to, as we couldn't shoot RAW and "fix it in post". So, when all went digital, I was searching for a lens-sensor combination that would produce a good image, without any post-processing (this was also before real-time LUTs). I started using cameras like the Panasonic LUMIX GH2, G5, G7, GH4...and later the GX85, G85, G95, GH5, S9. I love LUMIX cameras not only because they create good video files, but also because of how customizable the in-camera settings (recipes) are for creating stills SOOC.
