Vinney, a mechanical engineer, came to the US from India with $7 in his pocket. He sold encyclopedias and Bibles door-to-door as a student so that he could gain business experience and get an MBA in marketing. After entering the relationship building and networking space, Vinney has made his name as a successful MultiFamily Syndication expert. He has executed dozens of successful syndications and manages a successful real estate portfolio of over 440M.
Our conversation today is all about his first book, Apartment Syndication Made Easy. You’ll find his energy is infectious and his advice is very motivating.
